Our 'Guidebook' at Miyakodori collects the articles we write about the geisha world of Asakusa: what a geisha is and how she differs from an oiran, the games and instruments that fill an ozashiki, what an evening costs, the people who keep a hanamachi running, and where the name Miyakodori comes from.
